GM 200-4R transmission

200-4R

Used 1981-90.

There were several versions of this transmission and it was used in various GM models.

This was an hydraulically controlled overdrive transmission with an electronically operated torque converter clutch.

Bottom cooler line is the cooler return line.

Band adjustments:
Intermediate = not adjustable
Reverse = not used

Gear Ratios:
2.74:1 1st gear
1.57:1 2nd gear
1.00:1 3rd gear
0.70:1 4th gear
2.07:1 reverse
